CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
STANDARD RATE
For reservations from 1 to 2 bedrooms (≤ 2), payment in full must be made 14 days prior to arrival of the guests. The cancellation of reservation(s) after that period will be charged 100% of the cost of the total stay.
For reservations from 3 to 5 bedrooms (3 ≤ 5), it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price 30 days prior to the arrival of the guests. That amount is non-refundable. The remaining 70% non-refundable fee is charged 14 days prior to the arrival.
For reservations of 6 and more than 6 bedrooms (6 ≤), it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price 60 days prior to the arrival of the guests. That amount is non-refundable. The remaining 70% non-refundable fee is charged 30 days prior to the arrival.
No-show, early departure or shortening stay will be charged 100% of the price of stay.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Payment condition: full advance payment with nonrefundable policy at the time of booking.
The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card shortly after your booking is confirmed.

Off-site parking is available at surcharge (EUR 55.00 per day), at a location within 5 minutes of walking distance. Due to the limited number of parking spots, it has to be reserved and confirmed by the hotel before arrival.
